The customer is responsible for taking their own measurements. Accurate measurements are imperative for a proper fit. Directions for taking accurate measurements are on the Measurements page. A measurement diagram chart is available upon request. MiLadys' Wardrobe will not be held responsible for improper fit due to inaccurate measurements.

All custom orders require a 50% deposit at time order is placed with the balance paid prior to shipment of garment. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable. Payments can be made in the form of a money order (U.S.), cashiers' check or personal check. Allow 7-10 days for personal checks to clear before item will be shipped. Sorry, I do not accept credit cards or PayPal at this time.

All garments are made to the customers' measurements and require 3-6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. Garments are shipped UPS or best method. Fedex available upon request. Sorry, no COD orders.

If the customer wishes to have a garment sewn in their choice of pre-purchased fabric, the cost of shipping the fabric to me will be the customers' responsibility. Indicate your choice of fabric and color when placing your order. (Fabric swatch can be mailed for approval prior to construction of garment.) Cost of fabric and trim will be added to the total cost of the garment.
